About Tony Saker...

Tony can’t stay idle for long. Many years ago, he transformed a stale business into a thriving sports bar and grill and event center. Today, the restaurant is open 7 days a week to the public and the event center hosts weddings and parties throughout the year.

Tony got the desire to own a restaurant from one of his uncles that owned a restaurant in Mankato- which is still there today. Tony started working at that restaurant when he was just 12 years old. He loved working there and learned all he could about the restaurant business.

Today, Tony enjoys creating his own menu items, growing the business, and supporting the community. He also runs many wedding receptions, company parties, retirement parties, and award banquets for schools.

Tony has a degree from MSU, trained in New York City, and has served as a Chief Executive Chef for a chain of successful restaurants.

Tony is a hands-on owner. You can always see him smiling, talking to guests, and working the bar alongside his employees.
